Returning a product/products

Right of withdrawal

Procedure

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided that this does not concern an exclusion from the right of withdrawal. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. Please ensure that the package is sufficiently stamped. You will then be credited with the full amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your address to the online store are at your own expense, unless Shirtprintservice.nl itself has sent the wrong product. In that case, Shirtprintservice.nl will also pay the return costs.

To exercise this right, you can send an email to info@shirtprintservice.nl with the subject line “Cancellation + invoice number.” The email address must be the same as the address used when placing the order, or you must provide identification with the other email address. The email must state which product is being returned, the date of order, and when the product was received. After you have indicated that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 days. You are therefore on time if you return the product before the 14-day period has expired.

The product must be returned to Shirtprintservice.nl with all accessories supplied and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. The product must be returned unused, unwashed, and with all labels attached. You must also enclose a copy of the invoice and indicate which product you are returning. Shirtprintservice.nl is not liable for damage caused during return shipping.

Products that are not returned within 14 days or do not meet the above requirements will not be processed by Shirtprintservice.nl. You must prove that the delivered product was returned on time, for example by means of proof of shipment.

Exclusion of right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal for consumers only applies to standard products, i.e., clothing without printing. If Shirtprintservice.nl has made adjustments to the products upon request, these are considered custom-made products. These products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to this site in most cases, as there is always a personal need/individual choice involved.

Product is defective/damaged or the wrong product was delivered

Procedure

Any defects or incorrectly delivered products must be reported to Shirtprintservice.nl within 14 days of delivery by email with the subject line “warranty + invoice number.” The email address must be the same as the address used when placing the order, or else it must be accompanied by identification with the other email address. The email must state which product is damaged or does not meet the conformity requirements, supported by photographs.

The product must be returned to Shirtprintservice.nl in its original condition and packaging. The product must be returned unused, unwashed, with all labels attached, together with a copy of the invoice on which you have marked which product is being returned. After you have indicated that you wish to return the product, it must be returned within 14 days. You must prove that the delivered

product has been returned in a timely manner, for example by means of proof of shipment. Shirtprintservice.nl is not liable for damage caused during the return shipment.

Products that are not returned within 14 days or do not meet the above requirements will not be processed by Shirtprintservice.nl.
